Prior to entering the world of holistic health, he was a hard-partying tabloid journalist in the world of entertainment, performing comedy while working as a podium dancer on the side.
After some time in the jungles of Thailand he retrained in Tai Chi, Herbalism and Acupressure massage. Tommy has taught dance and meditation in schools and workplaces over the past five years. Now entering into his final project of a Masters Degree in Health and Wellbeing, he is delivering these pioneering sessions in the name of long-term wellbeing intervention research. Tommy's long-term plan is to complete a PHD in 'the benefits of non-familiar movement on psychological wellbeing'.

Thanks to a holistic approach to health and healing, there are many ways I help people. ‘Lifestyle Coaching’ is probably the easiest way to describe it, as every body’s needs are often different. Most Zoom-style sessions include around half an hour of beathing/Tai Chi and half an hour of coaching framework exploration. I send written up notes to act as a form of wellness secretary. It helps people keep their stuff on track, goal-wise. Such goals then form affirmations that are used in future breathwork."
