In this Yin session Lina invites you to playfully explore the deep energy of your organs through the nourishing cycle of the five phases Earth, Metal, Water, Wood and Fire. With the framework of Taoist cosmology we move, visualise, breath and sound to enliven all layers of our being. As we find the root support within and tune into the different energies of our body-mind, we are invited to meet all parts of ourselves. Yin is what happens when ... … we stop and follow the dance of the autumn leaves twirling in the wind ... when the doer and the witness meet … we deeply listen and sense with our whole dimensional being ... effortless action meets the exploration of movement, receiving and stillness I invite you to join me on this journey. Learning outcomes 1. A deep listening 2. Effortless action 3. An embodied understanding of yin and the five phases
