In this 50-minute workshop we bring the rhythms and qualities of Earth systems into our somatic yoga practice, not just as metaphor but as fact. Body is Earth: Our bones, breath, and blood are the minerals, air, and water inside us, not separate but same. In our daily yoga practice and classes, as we focus on the interconnectedness of body systems with the world around us, we recognize inner and outer as one. Specifically, we will address the fluids, bones, and nervous system to experience and record innate knowing, supporting more easeful pathways and freeing authenticity. Alternating information sessions with Yoga-Qigong flow sequences, we move words and ideas into embodied knowing. Have your writing journal and yoga mat at hand. Learning outcomes 1. Clearing tension 2. Building energy 3. Finding flow as we clarify the interconnectedness of body systems and earth systems
