Why embodiment is about more than the body
Throughout the history of somatic psychology, embodiment and vitality have been habitually associated with youth, sexuality, health and possibly also beauty. I will present why we really ARE more vital when we work to gain a fuller life awareness, and propose that working with aging, illness and dying helps us find fuller life and deeper embodiment.
