Slow somatic movement that are friendly for everyone (and all bodies) combined with one or two fully supported Restorative Yoga poses. Gather your pillows, blankets and your teddy bear. Learning outcomes 1. An experience of what it is like to Consciously Rest 2. The physical effects of tension release and doing Less 3. The importance of Rest in your everyday life and how easy it is to incorporate this practice into your day. Handy if you have access to these before the session: - 2 pillows - 2 blocks /thick books - 3-4 towels/ yoga blankets - eye pillow (if they have one) - their fav item that brings them calm (eg: crystal touch stone, teddy bear, essential oil, etc) - some writing material (for journaling, if they chose to).
