Being able to navigate change with resilience and adaptability is more important than ever in the times that we're in. Our worries and fears show up in our body, and for many of us, in the shoulders, upper back and neck. This workshop will explore how to move and support our thoracic spine and shoulders with love. Through mindful movement and embodied anatomy, you'll gain a deeper understanding of how to undo chronically tight shoulders, improve the mobility of your thoracic spine to improve breathing patterns, reduce headaches and so much more. Accessible to all, this workshop will be especially helpful for yoga teachers, massage therapists and bodyworkers to help gain deeper insight and tools to enhance their work with clients.
