Mudra, mantra, and kriya are tools that enable our awareness to merge back to oneness. Mudra are hand gestures that link energetic circuits in the body. Mantra are sounds that liberate our mind. Kriyas move energy from the subtle body back to the causal body, or spirit. In this practice we will move, breathe, and channel the energy in our bodies to culminate into an experience of unbound potential, bliss, and wisdom. Learning outcomes 1. Learn about the ancient tools of yoga, tantra, and meditation to elevate your consciousness. 2. Leave feeling balanced and replenished. 3. Connect with a part of yourself that is not based on form, shape, or duality.
