Spinal Flow is an opportunity to savour the pleasure of continuous spinal movement.
You will be imaginatively guided through a variety of waves, circles, spirals, and floor-based transitions. Come prepared to roll your hips and exhale out the belief this type of movement is not for us ;-). This class can be done on carpet or a hard floor. Please have padding for quadrupedal work and a booster seat for seated work.
