Beginning or no understanding of topic, Open to all
Movement not required
Likely soothing
Suitable for all who need some restorative integration and to find a sense of belonging in the body. We will begin with some very gentle focused movement and the session will then either involve lying down on the floor with some simple supports or on a bed..whatever you have available to you. I will talk you through a yoga Nidra with a focus on developing a simple resolve in response to subtle experiential invitation and suggestion. Some breath work will be involved. If you are currently working with trauma in your system then please be aware that these simple practices, whilst intended to be wholly nurturing and carefully resourced, may disinhibit emotional patterns. Please take responsibility for the online context. Learning outcomes 1. A basic understanding of yoga Nidra as a practice. 2. A Resolve, Intention or 'Sankalpa' to work with. 3. A sense of settling.
