Much of our indigenous heritage has been obliterated in the wake of colonialism across our home here on planet Earth. A deeply meaningful connection to our natural environment has been replaced with global consumerism and instant gratification. As adults that have been diagnosed at some point with ADHD, or perhaps only suspected of it, we’re particularly sensitive to the injustice that we see in the world around us. This presentation will be a journey of understanding our origins, empowering our gifts, and nurturing ourselves into true adulthood through the wisdom of our bodies and the natural world.
