The transformational potential of Yoga Nidra (the Yoga of sleep) has been recognized by the Yogis for a long time. A deep relaxation on the physical, mental and emotional level allows us to enter layers of consciousness which are the soil for the transformation we long for. From an embodiment perspective we can use the practice of Yoga Nidra to plant the seeds and gain an embodied felt experience that will root itself deeply in our being.
In this session I will provide an introduction to the purpose of Yoga Nidra and how it can be used for your embodied transformation journey. I will then guide you through a practice of about 30-40 minutes. Yoga Nidra is practiced laying down in complete comfort.
Learning Outcomes:
1. Understanding the purpose of Yoga Nidra
2. Learning how to use Yoga Nidra for embodiment
3. Gaining a deeply felt experience of Yoga Nidra
