This gentle workshop is an offering for all women, or those who identify as women, to connect to their Shakti Prana, feminine essence, through a woman-centric approach to traditional Hatha Yoga. We will explore our posture and breath as they relate to our inner core and hormonal health, as well as discover how to nourishing our pelvic bowl, map our feminine anatomy, balance the pelvic floor muscles and stabilise our deep core system through embodiment practices. Learning outcomes 1. Connect to our pelvis and pelvic anatomy 2. Discover the connection between posture/breath/pelvic health 3. Explore pelvic floor muscles and deep core muscles for pelvic health
