At the heart of yoga is a practice of connection, and vinyasa translates into a special way to place or to place with intention. Our practice on the mat is not about growing into the ideal future version of ourselves but connecting to the present moment and accepting the current version of ourselves as enough. The Heart of Vinyasa comes from the movement we create from this breath. We allow our breath to move us and place us in an intentional way into shapes we call asanas. This workshop reminds us that we all have unique breaths and unique bodies, so we will flow into our own similar BUT unique shapes. Learning outcomes 1. Deepen your connection to how your breath moves you 2. Understand how the practice of vinyasa allows us to be more present off the mat 3. Meditation through movement
