We will be guided by the breath’s potency, intelligence, and unconditional embrace to open to a direct experience of embodied healing, transformation, and awakening. Each participant will partner directly with breath - the source of life - and be held and guided in their journey by some of the world’s most experienced and masterful breathwork elders and teachers. We invite you, when possible, to be well hydrated, at least one hour after eating, in comfortable seating or on a mat, with tissue and something to write on. This session is dedicated to being fully present and awake to ourselves, our loved ones, The Embodiment Conference, and the world, through the universal nutrient of breath.
