As 2020 has shown us, our world is shifting rapidly. And this means culture is shifting rapidly. With the rapid and drastic changes of the past year, and with more significant changes to come, we are tasked with the dismantling of broken systems and creating alternatives in their place, and often in their rubble. By anchoring into the body and using somatics as a key change agent in how we navigate the world, we can create new cultures that are embodied, in integrity and ready for the future.
