A chance to witness and be witnessed in your authenticity and truth. Embodied Forum is an opportunity to give voice to what’s alive for you, what’s real and what’s seeking expression. Together as a community we share and uncover the deeper truths, giving voices to our bodies, our guts our breath and our hearts. We witness, we listen, we share, the potential is for connection, in our shared humanity we can touch something holy. Sharings will be gently guided, encouraging where needed to use the tools of breath movement impulse and sound and to share from embodied place.
