This Senseight session will investigate the many ways we are fighting our true needs, crossing our own boundaries and compromising our health. We will learn about "Interoception"- our 8th sense of body awareness that if trained can act as our "inner Martial Artist"- protecting ourselves from unhealthy patterns as well as promoting peace and self-care. A bit of theory and a lot of practical excercises!
