Reinventing leadership through powerful body-oriented coaching techniques
People are operating from a limited space as leaders, but we each have access to a much wider realm of intelligence.
We’ll cover 5 tools for leading yourself and others by talking less, feeling more, and following the body’s lead - cultivating trust, presence and stability during these times of uncertainty.
Drawing on lessons from body-psychotherapy and the science of human relating we’ll explore an alternative to top-down, goal-driven, fast-paced leadership.
This session includes an experiential exploration to discover just how much we can learn about the core of someone’s being from the way they move - Not through analysis of body structures, but rather using our own bodies as a tool for insight, attunement, intuition, and empathy.
