Svasthya—meaning “health” in Sanskrit—is staying (stha) true to one’s own self (sva). Svasthya or dynamic equilibrium for the individual—anywhere, anytime—is the focus of our session. Coming home to self is a journey of re-discovery, recovery and recalibration. Staying true to one’s fundamental self is a practice of embodiment—as a measurable, cell-deep reality. This practice is a whole way of being that promotes optimal catabolism, metabolism and anabolism in all aspects of life. Fortunately, we wont have to travel far or exhaust our resources to wise up and attain our cherished goals for purification and embodiment. For we have Ayurveda, the world’s first, continuously practiced systems-based medicine, specialising in personalised health care as the natural solution path to integrated wellbeing.
